Dietaries & Pre Orders must be received no later than 7 days prior to the event. For groups of more than 10 guests please contact the hotel directly. Tables seat 10 guests, groups less than 10 will be shared. Tickets are non refundable & non transferable. Whilst every effort is made to sell the party nights in the event that any dates are not sold at a minimum level of numbers the hotel reserves the right to cancel a party night and transfer any confirmed party guests to another suitable night or offer a refund. A drop in numbers once full payment has been received will be non-refundable or non-transferable and cannot be used against other services within the hotel.
